Certainly, the pill or any other medications for that matter should not cause this. I would be concerned that there might be a growth underlying the labia on the larger side, making it appear to have grown. I think that it would be worth having evaluated to assure there is not any underlying pathology. Further, do not be embarassed. I have had many people come to me with questions about their external appearance-many significantly stranger than your's... Lynn
