Unfortunately, Go-lytely is the best option to come along. Previous regimens were much worse-yech! One thing that works with the Go-lytely is using the flavored (lemon-lime or cherry) and putting it in a blender with ice. You get the margarita effect and it seems much easier to tolerate... Lynn
