I'm on Ortho Cyclen and have been for 5 months. First time breakthrough bleeding other than the first month. I've been under a great deal of stress lately and also have had a nasty cold, but don't know if that could cause breakthrough bleeding. Anyways, now I'm due to take my second inactive pill tonight, but it looks like I'm starting a period again. Getting heavier like regular period instead of spotting. Is this normal? I'm not sure what I should do. Do I need to see my doctor about this? I'm hoping this won't happen next cycle. Thanks.
