normal vaginal discharge?From: alli (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun, 24 Dec 2000 12:56:33 -0600 (CST)
Several times in the past three years I have been checked for yeast/bateria, etc. as I complained about discharge. Some days it's irritating, some days it's not. Mild to no odor, changes from egg yolk-like, to white and stickier at different times during the month. Lately it has been coming out when I use the rest room. Not tons of discharge, but enough that I notice it and I can actually hear it come out. This problem subsided for a year or so but has come back full-fledge. I have had yeast infections after antibiotic use, never had a baterial infection, told it is my age (30's). Is this normal to you? White in color, milky/watery, slimy or sticky depending on time of the month, perhaps a teaspoon full a day, I don't have to wear a pad or wreck my underwear, but it does occasionally cloud my urine in the toilet. Odor is mild or none. Does discharge from an infection of some sort act in this way? I am not due to see my Dr. for several months.
