7 years post hysterectomy..spotting??

Hi All:

I just have a small question! I am 7 years post hysterectomy with numerous gyne problems, most recently a severe paravaginal prolapse especially on the left side. I have been spotting this week...which is rather odd, I think. I know it could be attributed to an infection of some sort, but I am so tired of calling my gyne (I feel like a hypochondriac) but 3 times this week after I urinated, I wiped and there was blood on the toliet tissue, not alot but it was there. Is there any cause for concern or should I just pass it off as maybe a slight infection?? I have no other symptoms such as burning, itching or discharge. I see my gyne for my annual on Wednesday 12/27...is it even worth mentioning??

Thank you and happy holidays!
