I am afraid that I can't answer your questions as there isn't enough clear information. There are polycystic ovaries. There are fibromas of the ovaries. I am not aware of any fiber cystic ovaries. There is also fibrocystic change of the breast. The best thing to do is to have your Gynecologist answer these questions. He has the pathology report on the tumor and he knows what it looked like inside your pelvis last May. He ought to be able to answer the questions.
