Hemosiderin deposits are the byproduct of blood, even very tiny amounts.
This may have been frm either endometriosis or a miniscule amount of
bleeding from a number of cuases, none of them serious. The information
has no meaning to your future whatsoever.
As for the falciform ligament, it's THE falciform ligament, not A
falciform ligament. It's the ligament that goes from the area between
the lobes of the liver to the anterior abdominal wall. It's supposed to
be there.
