?'s on TAH operative report

I've got a couple of questions on some things that were in my operative report. One is that a small hemosiderin deposit was found on the medial aspect of the right ovary of questionable significance. And in the cul-de-sac a tiny hemosiderin deposit was noted on the anterior aspect of the rectum. What does that mean? Also I had complained about some pulling around the side of the abd. around the belly button and had her look in that area thinking it may have been adhesions from lap from last year. The report stated no noted adhesions in the periumbilical area but a falciform ligament was however noted. What does that mean? I know these are nothing major or she would have mentioned something but I'm just curious as to what they mean in language I can understand!

Thank You.
