Actually, I didn't go into as much detail as I probably should have. Prior to starting on the glucophage, my periods were normally every 4-5 months lasting 2+ weeks, they have actually gotten much better. Thank you for your advice, I am going to see what happens over the next couple of days, if it hasn't let up by Wednesday, then I will go in to see my DR to see about getting the progestin. Since it has been 6 weeks since the beginning of my "last" period maybe this is just another "normal" period.
