I live 35 miles outside of Los Angeles and had a borderline ovarian tumor. I was referred to UC Irvine to a gyn/oncologist (I don't know if you need that or not), and they are supposedly the best in the world. I never went, though, because I had already had third and fourth opinions, all with the same outcome, and frankly got sick of going to doctors.
