Hi - I had endometrial biopsy a couple of months ago - also have tipped and notoriously irritable uterus. I took 600 mg of ibuprofen an hour before the scheduled appointment time. (Make sure you take the ibuprofen with food!!!) Yeah, there was a momentary ouchie when she went through my cervix and a slightly larger ouchie when she took the sample but, all in all, I have had worse periods. If you ever had an IUD put in, was like a minor form of that at the beginning with no cramping by the time I left the office soon after the procedure.
