It could be any number of things. It depends on the amount of time you have been on depo. If you have been on it a long time, your endometrial lining is probably very thin and anything that may cause uterine cramping may stimulate bleeding as the lining is so thin. If you have just started the depo, there is a lot of hormonal flux and the uterine cramping with orgasm may cause some bleeding. I would just observe this for right now. Hope this helps.
