I wanted to add something to what Dr. von Almen said about ice/cold to
the vulva. I found that using a bag of frozen peas worked best. It was
able to mold better to the area than using an ice bag or the like. I
had to have a vulvar biopsy done a year or so ago, and that is how I
discovered this. It also helps when you have a yeast infection to curb
the itching some......
