i was having unexplained pain on my right side for 2 months-thought it was gynecological so i had an exploratory lap- found some endo and adenomyosis - but nothing that would cause the pain- took antibiotics after the surgery and for diarrea prrior-developed antibiotic colits- took more medicine- developed mucous and little bit of blood like you described- a new gastrointestinal doc said to have a colonoscopy- i did and at 29 yrs old found i have diverticulosis- probally causing my pain all those times- and i am concioius of my gas and bowel movements always-
