If you are not pregnant, then it is likely that you had an anovulatory cycle, something that happens to everyone from time to time. Ovulation predictor kits are widely available, and though a bit pricey, they are effective in establishing the time of ovulation. Your doctor might be able to help you re-establish your cycle with a short course of progesterone. Stress can certainly influence your cycle.
