I've been mulling over this question for a few days, and I've come up with a question in response: if it was possible to "get tighter for him," do you think that would solve the problem? Or would he still find other reasons to suspect that you might be sexually active with someone else? Realizing that I know virtually nothing about your situation, I nonetheless respectfully suggest that couples counseling might be a more productive route for you. Good luck with this difficult situation.
