Uterine Polyp

What is the difference between an Uterine Polyp or Uterine Fibroid? I
see the dr tomorrow about an abnormal ultrasound I had which suggested
the possibility of polyps or hematomas of the uterine. At first I
thought they may be sort of synonomous, but after reading, I don't think
they are. So, I am just wondering exactly what the difference is and
when do you worry about a polyp.
