24 hour fever

This isn't really a woman specific illness, but I didn't know where else to ask for advice.

Last Friday I felt fine in the morning, then around 4:00 pm, I suddenly started having achiness and chills, so I took some advil, and after a few hours felt better. I ended up going out with friends until 2:00, then started having chills and achiness again. All through the night I would have chills then sweats over and over - enough to where I had to keep changing my cloths and sheets I would sweat so bad. Finally at eight I went and bought a thermometer and I took my temperature throughout the day. It got up to over 102 degrees ferenheit. I had some Relenza and Antibiotics from last year, so I took them. After I finally ate some chicken soup around 2:00pm or so I took some generic Tylenol. Within an hour my fever broke and was actually below normal - 97 degrees ferenheit and has been below normal all week - though closer to 98 degrees. I haven't taken any medicin since Saturday and have been fine ever since. I DID'T have any nausea, soar throat, ear ache, or anything usually accompanying a fever. It was just flat out a fever with achyness... I did have some chest pains, though, and have had a relative heaviness on my chest all week - but nothing too disconcerning. I'm a relativly healthy 20 year old that hasn't had a fever that high since I had Chicken Pox over 6 years ago. I've never had sex so it can't be an STD, and I haven't really been around anyone from a foreign country and haven't been bitten by any bugs lately (or not that I know of). This is very puzzling to me and I would like some help in the matter.

Thank you.
