A few years ago I had tubal ligation (I'm not sure if I said it right-elastic bands around hemroids) to remove the inside hemroids that have been haunting me for years. The Dr. then mentioned that I would need surgery to remove the outer hemroids that were very large in size. A few months ago I had that surgery and removed the outer hemroids. I have been watching what I eat, and drinking lots of water, also fiber supplements. My hemroids are still bothering me and I am still bleeding from my rectum when I go to the bathroom. Does this mean the hemroids came back?
