Ovarian cancer blood test

I heard on the news that there is a new, more reliable blood test (as opposed to the flawed CA-125) to determine ovarian cancer and that it should be available for use early 2001. The last thing I heard was that it was pending FDA approval, and was expected to pass. If it passes, I also heard that it will be used during a woman's annual gyn exam.

Does anyone have any information on this?

Thank you!
