I was diagnosed with MVP 18 years ago. I don't think we are at a higher risk for Endo just because we have MVP. Anytime you have any type of invasise procedure done i.e. teeth cleaning, surgery, etc... you must be placed on antibiotics prior to the procedure. When I gave birth to my daughter during labor I was placed on Penicillian. You should speak to your Gynecologist in regards to any problems or questions you may have. Hope this helps.
