Heather, I know of no evidence to support that progesterone will benefit an abnormal uterus. If the uterus is developmentally abnormal, then there are few alternatives. Given what you have been told, I would seek an opinion from a specialist in reproductive endocrinology. This individual is a specialist in reproductive issues and especially in cases with anatomic abnormalities... Lynn
