A different question about Progesterone and Ovulation

I just read Dr. Montgomery's post about how Progesterone can induce ovulation, and I am a bit worried now. I have been using Fertility Awareness Method for contraception. A few months ago I began using Progesterone cream (the kind you don't need a prescription for) to help alleviate some of my PMS symptoms. I don't start the cream until 4 or 5 dpo. Am I at risk of ovulating a second time due to the added Progesterone? Or is there no possible way of ovulating again in the same cycle?
