I've been charting my BBT for the last 4 months and my temperature is consistently between 96.9 and 97.2. I've read that this might be low, but I'm not sure because I take it at 5:00am every day. Is the 97.0-97.5 normal range the absolute lowest the temperature should drop during the night, or is that the expected range when the BBT is taken later in the morning, say around 6:30 or 7:00am?
