A good shower is really all that is necessary. No douche or deodorants the day of exam. It could mask something that needs attention. Some recommend no sex night before, others say doesn't matter. I abstain, just in case.

This sounds weird, but cosmetically thinking.. what's appropriate??

I've always wondered (i've never seen a gyn) what's the easiest ways to groom/prepare for an exam that best helps the doctor??

any ideas?
