This may sound harsh, but my advise is to suck it up. Geeze, if a pelvic exam is the worst thing to happen to you, consider yourself lucky. It's not as bad as being raped, beaten, tortured....put this in perspective...millions of women worldwide have this done, to PREVENT other, more horrific things from happening. Trust me, a pelvic exam ain't nothin' compared to what you might have to endure if you do not take precautions....kind of like treating a cavity before it turns into a root canal.

You'll be fine.
