Re: hcg levels(now what?)

On nov 2 I had a miscarrage at 9 weeks, had a d&c the following day, on the 28 i had an hcg level test done and it was at 10, which means I would be approx. 1 week pregnant if i was, today I did a home pregnancy test and It came back neg. was it to soon to do this test or is the test right?
