Labia Rash

In Sept. my dermotologist put me on Accutane to help clear up my skin. 1 week later I started w/a yeast infection & treated w/Monostat 7. after 7 days it did not clear up. Stopped taking Accutane after 2 weeks. Went to GYN swap was taken and started on Terazol 7, & Lotrisone. Culture came back BV. Started taking Lavaquin for 7 days, which cleared up the BV, but gave me another yeast infection. Back to the Terazol 7& Clobetasol. Still had rash, no discharge, but labia & vaginal opening very raw & burning, had to stop all creams due to bruning. Went back to GYN, another smear, everything negative. Went back to dermo, and he feels the Accutane would most likely not cause this, that I was most likley having a reaction to all the meds & creams that were given to me. He advised prednisone tabs for 7 days and to put nothing on the raw area. It did clear up a bit, but is still there and raw and bruning in areas. Back to dermo this week & he says the skin has to take time to heal & grow back. Through this experience I have learned about natural ways of dealing w/yeast infections, corrected some bad habits in diet and have been taking supplements to help the situation. Now I'm getting a white, creaming, sticking discharge, not at all cottage cheesey, no itching, just discomfort, and fear another yeast infection. At this point I'm so confused as to what a normal discharge is (I'm mid cycle) and if I should just go back to the gyno for a biopsy, or just wait it out & see it heals like the dermo says. Is is possible for the yeast medicaitons to have given me this reaction? I'm exhausted running between these two doctors and feeling like there is no answer. Also, in March I had a Bartholin cyst marsupulation and was left w/scar tissue buildup from episeotomies (spel?) Just wondering if that trauma to the area could be a factor. Thanks for your reply.
