The nice thing about the depo shot was I didnt have any ovulation pain and no peroids, but I gained weight. my second question is, does the amount of body fat you have influence how heavy your periods are? Seems like when I am heavier than I should be, my periods are very heavy, but when I lose some weight it is not as bad.
