The two most likely possibilities are the IUD or hormonal changes that
can occur to anyone.
Differentiating the two requires an office visit, I'm afraid. Abnormal
bleeding with an IUD can also be associated with a pregnancy (good, bad
or tubal). You need to communicate directly wirth your doctor. You
should be seen soon.
