I'd like to have something I can control - not that I don't trust condoms, but I've had some break, slip off, get lost, and I don't trust guys (single right now, and not actively looking, but who knows?). So is this whole cervical cap/diaphragm thing easy to learn? I tried the Instead mentrual cup, and I couldn't place it correctly - am I setting myself up for failure? I hardly dare to ask: Is it covered by insurance?
