Montgomery, MD: "Re: Steady BBT?" I have been on the pill for 6 months. Recently I started taking my Basil Body Temp. I have done this in the past when I was trying to have a baby. I know my norm temp. before ovulation is 97.4 to 97.9 after ovulation it ranged 98.1 to 98.6 for the past week it has been a steady 98.4. Is this normal when on the pill? Shouldn't it fluctuate a little? BTW my earlier post the preg test neg and cbc was ok. So that rules out pregnancy. So I can't figure out why my BBTnis so high preovulation. Or could I have ovulated earlier and missed the rise. I still have 1 1/2 weeks of pills before my pd. starts. Should I stop taking my BBT while I am on the pill.
