If I found these results on a LEEP, first I would go over the options with the patient in a sit down meeting. Second, I personally would repeat the colposcopy and see if the area that I biopsied was still present. Another option would be to simply repeat the coloposcopy in 3-4 months. I don't think that simply repeating the pap is sufficient enough... Lynn
