What you describe sounds a lot like what is advertised as a female
ejaculation. It is somewhat controversial as to the origin of the
"liquid", however, those that have this phenomenon will swear, as you,
that it does not represent urine. There is some thought that it
represents an expression of secretions from periuretheral glands. This
is usually associated with orgasm, but it may be that you were close
enough that it happened without actually reaching the main event.
Needless to say, this is not harmful and should certainly not be
embarassing...
