Tina, The MRI will show the uterus and pelvic structures, but is not the imaging modality of choice to assess those structures. It will give an excellent look at the hips. The pelvic structures on MRI do no reliably visualize because of the distortion caused by the bones surrounding the pelvis... Lynn
