!! It could just be a type of boil - sometimes these happen just b/c it's in a place that does't get a lot of ventilation, etc. Antibiotics are usually prescribed.

You can always go to a clinic, for free or a small fee near a community hospital. It's a long wait, but you wouldn't have to go to campus clinic if that helps.

I would get it checked out though - just to relieve your mind.
