McIntosh MD: "Re: Ovarian Cyst" I wanted to know if a cyst was found on ultrasound 4 weeks ago and a followup ultrasound was performed today and the cyst had grown a great deal, is that something to be alarmed about? Also, if you have an ultrasound copy of the cyst what visible characteristics should I look for, example: size, color, outline, shape, etc? I am very concerned and in a great deal of pain.
