low hcg levels From: donna (anonymous@obgyn.net) Tue, 28 Nov 2000 12:31:48 -0600 (CST) Messages sorted by: [ date ][ thread ][ subject ][ author ] Next message: Ann: "Pelvic Pain and spotting" Previous message: Peggy: "Re: Bowel problems(Dr.von Almen)More questions" hope you can help me.. i am approx 7wks pregnant. yesterday had an ultrasound should have been 7wks 5 dys , ultrasound showed 7wks 1 dy and no heartbeat.. dr says doesn't look good threatened abortion.. my hcg yesterday was 16000.. 2 wks ago it was 7700.. not a good increase. dr says doesnt want to throw in towel because hcg level is consistent with ultrasound findings.. say parts of baby and fetal pole. doing another hcg tomorrow and ultrasoud thursday. if it took 2 wks to double not a good sign in my book.. i had a miscarriage last year to the day at 8 wks empty sac and low hcg from beginning.. should i have any hope... i am soo troubled that this is happening again... do miracles happen... any advice --- suggestions.. my progesterone was at 18.7 2 wks ago down from 23 prior. was on crinone for 2 wks but got hives from it....
