Hi Tina, If it's any help, 4 doctors missed my fibriods (one on the inside-top the size of a walnut, and one on the outside-top the size of a golfball). The 4th doctor, who finally did find them during a laparascopy and hysteroscopy said that sometimes you just can't feel 'em. (And believe me, these doctors, 2 women and 2 men, were pretty darned throrough.) I never did have an ultrasound, but he seemed to think they might not have shown up on one anyway.
