Having a tubal allows the woman who had it to experience her cycles without the hormones that most women use for contraception. Most have normal cycles, but many do not. It is not likely that this is due exclusively to the tubal, but there is a relationship there. You should go to your doctor. There are effective ways of dealing with these concerns.
