Previous message: Angela: "Pre-mentrual dizziness" A couple days before my cycle starts, I get soooo dizzy, like my equilibrium is off. Its frightening, feels like the room spins, kind of like a headcold, ear infection dizziness. I wonder if anyone else suffers or if its normal?? Please answer. I eat fine, but wonder if I should be doing something to avoid the dizziness, or what I could do to make it better during the dizziness. Since I havent started to bleed, I have ruled out an iron deficiency. I also usually have bad cramps on Day 1 only. Any suggestions???? I appreciate any offerings.
