First, has your cyst been confirmed by ultraound? Birth control pills are unlikely to have any effect on a mucinous cystadenoma. You may need to have the entire ovary removed if you indeed have a recurrance.

This should cause neither problems with sex or problems with haivng a child if it is appropriately treated.
