When male pattern hair growth has developed-in other words, once the hair follicles are there and active, the only way to permanently remedy this is to have the follicles dealt with either by electrolysis or laser. Hormonal manipulation may help prevent further hair follicle proliferation, but will not affect those already present... Lynn
