I am very regular at home but not when I travel, it gets >frustrating. That's a common complaint for travelers. Lack of familiar schedule, food, and surroundings play a big part. Next time you travel, try concentrating on eating five servings of fruits and vegetables daily (using normal precautions if water quality is an issue), making time to have a bowel movement 30 minutes or so after each meal, and getting at least a half gallon of fluids daily.
