It is not likely that the reversal will help improve the blood supply to your ovaries. It is debated as to whether tubal ligation syndrome is related to ovarian changes due to blood supply compromise. You certainly should have good documentaion that you are ovulating before you have hte reversal surgery. If you are having regular cycles, that's a good indication.
