There might be a problem, but it might just be a side effect of the Depo. The shot decreases the amount of lining that builds up in your uterus. Sometimes that lining gets so thin that it bleeds a bit.
I recommend that you contact your gynecologic health care provider to discuss the situation and possible remedies. If the problem is only a side effect of the Depo, it's not dangerous, but you might need to rule out other possibilities.
