Hello Lizabeth, I am not a doctor. However, I am a big advocate of alternative medicine. I have just bought the two books by Dr. John Lee, Jesse Hanley and Virginia Hopkins on What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause and the other book by the same authors on What Your Doctor May Not Tell you about Menopause.

I have just started reading the Premenopause one simply to educate myself on the benefits of natural progesterone and balancing my hormones. I believe that I am experiencing early signs of premenopause but my doctor and I are having these constant disagreements that I am wrong. So I figured, I'll find another doctor who practices alternative medicine and one who will listen to me rather than try to prove me wrong or give me a bunch of statistics of "too young to be premenopausal."

I am really a big believer in alternative medicine and going the natural progesterone route, if this is where the problems lie.

I would strongly urge you to educate yourself on the alternatives available, rather than blindly allowing your doctor to experiment on your body.

Good health and happiness to you.
