breast density

I had my annual mammogram 2 days ago, had 2 images done of my right breast, 10 of my left. The radiologist thought I might have a cyst. Today I went in for an ultrsound, the Dr. said that I had abnormal breast density, also said he was hoping it had been a cyst, as that would be easy to deal with. He told me not to worry, but scheduled me for another mammogram in 6 months. I am 50, have recently lost 35 pounds, not on any form of bc or HRT. Should I be worried? I have not heard from my gyn, I assume he will call when he receives the results. Thanks so much.
