Re: Conflict of interest?

I'm a psychology graduate student who has worked with some psychologists. I would ask this specific question to your son's doctor and see what he thinks. In some cases this would be considered a conflict of interest, but it is the doctor's responsibliity to let you know.

A question to ask yourself is, would your son still feel "safe" and have trust with his doctor if he knew you were seeing him? The doctor in question can always recommend someone else who would likely be compatable with you. This can work, but see what the doc is comfortable with.
