Conflict of interest?

I have a 6-year-old son with ADD who has been seen by a specific psychologist in our area, but not for a while because we've been focusing on medical treatment. I am planning to resume the visits to the psychologist for him to help address some behavior/school issues. I am also seeking out treatment for myself for depression and family issues. He mostly treats children, but he does see adults.

Would there be a professional conflict of interest for me to see the same counselor as my son? I like the guy and feel comfortable with him (at least in the limited visits we've had so far regarding my son). Anyone else would be a total stranger. I also know that some of my difficulties are the result of the realities of living with a child with ADD and wonder if his experience would be helpful in addressing those issues.

Any thoughts?
